Ingredients

For the Blueberry Layer:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut nectar
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

For the Raspberry Layer:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut nectar

For the Banana Layer:

  • 1 banana, frozen and chopped
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • A dash of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut nectar
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

Preparation

  1. Add each layer of mixture to the blender separately, blend until smooth, and add to the popsicle moulds.
  2. To quickly clean your blender just add warm water and blend.
  3. While cleaning your blender, add the moulds to the freezer to set.
  4. Freeze the popsicles for up to two hours.
