Cooking Time



  • 1/2 Crown Prince squash, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toss the cubed squash with the oil. Add the spices and toss to coat.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, until tender.
