Cinnamon Roasted Crown Prince Squash [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1/2 Crown Prince squash, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss the cubed squash with the oil. Add the spices and toss to coat.
