- 1 cup young coconut flesh , from 1 to 2 coconuts
- 3 med medjool dates
- 2 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Notes
The flesh you get from young coconuts varies quite a bit, so just keep opening coconuts until you have enough to make 1 cup. Opening the coconuts is what takes the most time in this recipe, and once that is done, the rest is pretty quick and easy,
