    Ingredients You Need for Chia and Almond Raw Cheesecake Bars [Vegan, Gluten Free]

    For the Base:

    • 1 1/2 cups Granola
    • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

    For the Filling: 

    • 3/4 cup Cashew Nuts (soaked for at least an hour in water)
    • 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Protein (or vanilla)
    • 2 tablespoons Fruit Syrup
    • 1.6 oz Almond Milk

    For the Topping: 

    • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate

    How to Prepare Chia and Almond Raw Cheesecake Bars [Vegan, Gluten Free]

    1. Blend together the granola with the melted coconut oil.
    2. Press this mixture into a square lined tin.
    3. Blend together the filling ingredients and place on top of the base. Place in the fridge while you melt the chocolate.
    4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 20 seconds burst until melted.
    5. Pour over the filling and then place in the freezer for around 2 hours to set before slicing into squares.
