Cherry Bakewell Overnight Oats [Vegan]
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 cup coconut/plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2/3 cup almond/plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries
- Mix together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight
- In the morning add more milk if needed and serve
