  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 2 tablespoons smooth almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwaganda
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp nut mylk

For Cooling Pitta Bliss Balls

  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 2 tablespoons smooth sunflower butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwaganda
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon nut mylk

For Energizing Kapha Bliss Balls

  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 2 tablespoons smooth sunflower butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwaganda
  • 1 teaspoon maca

Preparation

  1. To make these Pitta Bliss Balls put the following ingredients in a high-quality food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms. Then roll into balls, whatever size you desire. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes to set and then move to the fridge. They can stay refrigerated for 5-6 days.
