Ingredients
For the 'Nice' Cream:
- 4 large bananas, frozen overnight
- 2/5 cup of almond milk
For the Toffee Sauce:
- 4.2 ounces of pitted dates
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2/5 cup of almond milk
Toppings (optional):
- Toasted oats
- Coconut cream
- Dark chocolate
- Fresh chopped banana
Preparation
- Pit the dates and place them into a food processor along with the lemon juice, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and 2/5 cup of almond milk. Whizz up until smooth. This will take around 5-10 minutes on high. Depending on how you want the sauce, add more milk for a runnier consistency. Set aside.
- In a food processor/blender, whizz up the frozen bananas until smooth. Pop into a bowl.
- Drizzle over some of the homemade toffee sauce and finish with a drizzle of dark chocolate, walnuts, chopped banana, and chocolate.
