How to Prepare Baked Sriracha Tofu [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Press the tofu well, preferably overnight, until a lot of water has come out.
- Half the tofu vertically then cut the pieces vertically again and cut them into thin slices.
- Preheat the oven to 356°F and lay a sheet of baking paper onto your baking tray.
- Mix the sriracha, soy sauce, and agave together.
- Dip each piece of tofu into the sauce and place on the tray. Carefully spread the rest of the sauce on the pieces.
- Bake the tofu for 18-20 minutes until the sauce is very well baked, then gently turn them over and bake for 15 minutes more. Remove the tofu from the oven and let it cool before you serve it.
