How to Prepare Apple Muffins [Vegan]
- In a large bowl, mix with a big spoon the dry ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
- In a separate medium-size bowl, whisk by hand or with electric beaters on low speed the wet ingredients until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a big spoon until well combined.
- Spoon in the batter into a muffin pan lined with parchment muffin cups and bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes. When done, let them cool. Muffins can be stored in a covered container in fridge. They also freeze well.
