Add a warming fall twist on the classic Moscow mule with a space of sparkling (or non-sparkling) apple cider.
Apple Cider Moscow Mule [Vegan]
- 4 ounces vodka
- 1 cup ginger beer
- Sparkling cider – or regular non-sparkling apple cider
- Sliced apples sprinkled with cinnamon, for garnish
- Fill two Moscow mule copper mugs with ice. Pour 2 ounces vodka and 1/2 cup of ginger beer into each cup. Top off with with sparkling cider (or regular, non-sparkling apple cider).
