    This wonderful almond salad with capers and mint. Very refreshing, slightly spicy, perfect for summer tables. Imagine slicing bread on toast, putting tomato on it, baking it and having a nice and nutritious toast!

    Ingredients You Need for Almond and Caper Dip [Vegan]

    • 1 cup raw almonds
    • 2 tablespoons capers rinsed
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 15 mint leaves
    • 12 teaspoons water
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and pepper

    How to Prepare Almond and Caper Dip [Vegan]

    1. Soak almonds in water overnight.
    2.  The next day, drain, peel and mash them in the blender.
    3. Add all other ingredients and beat until combined.
    4. If prefer your dip a bit thinner, add some more water.
    5. Store in airtight bowl in refrigerator for at least 4 days.
