Personal vegan chef Maegan (@maeganeats) on TikTok shared what she makes for her family in a day, and this delicious and nutritious spread is every vegan’s dream!
She starts off the day with a dairy-free chocolate loaf of bread served with a side of vegan cheese. For lunch, she makes a light and vibrant green goddess soup filled with lots of fresh leafy greens. For something sweet after lunch, she made a yogurt bark with fruit jam that looks absolutely divine. For dinner, she served up some leftover green goddess soup from lunch with homemade bread and a leftover hearty cannelloni dish.
