“I had an addiction to Hot Cheetos and I survived the one chip challenge,” Lizzo said. “So I think this is going to be a piece of f*cking cake. So try me.”

Hot Ones is a Youtube talk show hosted by Sean Evans. In the latest episode, Lizzo talks about her music, her early rapping days, and she even dropped a few beats throughout the show.

Lizzo began to make her way through the 10 spicy sauces as she told Evans that making it to 10 was one of her goals. With the help of her vegan wings, she made it to 10!

For Lizzo, the first two wings were a walk in the park. Two and three seemed to be a little harder for her, which she dealt with by “breathing backward.” By the time she got to five, Lizzo got the hang of the spice and breezed through the next few. Once she got to 7, she had to take her shoes off. At 8 she took her jacket off and dipped the vegan wing into a dairy-free milkshake, which she finished to help with the spice.

For her final and spiciest vegan wing, the Hot Ones’ team brought Lizzo a vegan oat milk ice cream to help her out. She made it through the 10 spicy wings and was able to cross it off her goals list!

Daring Foods has been making a name for itself recently, with celebrities like Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian posing for a spicy Daring photoshoot campaign.

We love that Lizzo used vegan wings on the show!
