This week, the spotlight is shining on Caroline Doucet of Unsweetened Caroline! Caroline shares her wonderful sugar-free desserts and recipes that prove how delicious healthy eating can be. Many of her recipes are also gluten and allergy-free! As a registered dietician, Caroline is an amazing resource for nutritious and delicious recipes.
