The Zesty Apple and Vegetable pates are great for dipping your favorite vegetables in. We especially enjoyed pairing these flavors with baby carrots and celery as a mid-afternoon snack.
The Red Pepper Olive and Peppercorn pates complement a veggie sandwich perfectly. The consistency works well in place of hummus and the flavors add a more complex flavor than your usual condiments.
The Mushroom pate works wonderfully spread on top of a toasted slice of baguette. For a simple snack, all of the flavors go great with your favorite crackers or rice cakes.
To Eat Well’s vegan pates all come in 4.4oz cans that have a convenient re-sealable lid. Although they stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days after opening, once you dig into these pates, they probably won’t stick around that long!
