We all love the Hope for Paws lucky leash, but it’s the lucky gate that sealed the deal on this rescue! A kind woman and her daughter called the Hope for Paws team about a homeless puppy hiding under a vehicle. They then waited for over an hour for the rescue team to arrive and even stayed to help out. Everyone lifted the “lucky gate” and surrounded the vehicle so the dog couldn’t escape, allowing the team to quickly and safely secure the lucky leash around the scared puppy – which was also great because the pavement was incredibly hot!
The little dog was in the loving arms of Loretta in no time and was already eating up all the cuddles. The dog was named America and was given a warm bath once she arrived at the rescue facility. Turns out America is not only super adorable but also a silly, playful, and active puppy – as she should be! Awesome work as always by the amazing Hope for Paws team.
