Despite his arrest and an ongoing investigation, he still holds his position of authority. This is unacceptable.

The woman, who had experience with golden retrievers, had calmed and cared for the distressed animal before being told to take it to the chairman’s farm. But according to her account, he violently ripped the dog from her car, yelling before turning a leash into a noose. The dog died on the scene.
