For anyone who has ever rescued an animal, the joy that is felt by simply seeing them happy and enjoying simple pleasures of life is one of the best feelings on earth. That is why this video is so awesome! These dogs came from a place of homelessness and hopelessness but now … now they are content, healthy, and cared for. Look at them playing and jumping in the pool! This fun pool party is all a result of the hard work and dedication of the SOI Dog Foundation.
SOI Dog was founded in 2003 in Thailand and works to help thousands of street dogs who have no place to call home. Some of their work consists of spay and neuter, rescue, vaccinations, medical treatment, sheltering, and adoption of those that can’t be returned to their communities. The organization also advocates for animal welfare rights across Asia, helps animals affected by natural disasters, and fights to end the dog meat trade.
With no government funding, SOI Dog relies on donations to help provide the life-long care they give to over 700 animals living at their facility at any given time.
