This Dog Could Barely Walk When a Rescue Team Found Him – One Month Later, He’s Completely Transformed! (VIDEO)

Pet homelessness is a huge problem in the U.S. and around the world. Whether abandoned, lost, or born into a feral community, millions of dogs and cats are left to fend for themselves on the street. And sadly for these animals, injury is all but inevitable. Some of them are abused by violent passersby, some get hit by cars , and others simply begin deteriorating from the malnutrition. Weak and in pain, many dogs seek refuge in abandoned lots and other desolate areas.

Just recently, Animal Aid Unlimited received a call about a stray dog who was camping out in an abandoned storeroom. The sweet pup, now named Alby, was clearly injured and having difficulty walking. So, the rescue team wrapped him up in a blanket and carried him out. After a thorough checkup, the vet team concluded that Alby had no broken bones but was clearly suffering from some kind of spinal injury.

After one month of medical treatment, physical therapy, and rest, Alby has transformed! He trots, he sniffs curiously, he wags his tail, and he is completely at ease near his caretakers.
