Celebrating Hope For Paws’ Sweet 16 and Grand Opening of the CARES Hospital

On June 11th, Hope For Paws celebrated its 16th anniversary with the grand opening of its new lifesaving CARES hospital. This milestone event was marked by the release of a special celebratory video and a walkthrough of the new facility. The CARES hospital, which is seven times larger than the original, is dedicated solely to animal rescue and provides essential medical care, surgeries, vaccinations, and rehabilitation for animals with nowhere else to turn.

Thanks to the generous Support of donors, Hope For Paws can now help even more animals in need. The new hospital began its operations with a full schedule of surgeries planned for the following day, highlighting its immediate impact.

A notable rescue story featured Shelby and M’Lynn, two dogs who were living under an abandoned RV and surviving on trash. They were rescued after a Good Samaritan, referred by Mary Chatman, alerted Hope For Paws. M’Lynn was later adopted by Chris and Michele Gentry, who are well-known among Hope For Paws supporters for adopting several famous rescue dogs.

Hope For Paws expressed deep gratitude to its supporters, acknowledging that their contributions made the new hospital possible. The organization invited everyone to watch the special videos shared on their blog, celebrating the collective effort that brought this dream to fruition.
