Loneliness is rising fast, and it is no longer just a personal issue. The World Health Organization has warned that social isolation is a public health concern linked to heart disease, stroke, and other serious illnesses. While some companies push workers toward AI tools instead of human connection, one Swedish employer is taking a better path.
