Less than 24 hours after Martin Luther King Jr. Day, ICE allegedly used a child as bait, telling him to knock on his own door so agents could detain his family. The child and his father remain detained in Texas. That same day, federal agents tear gassed a public park, pepper sprayed a legal observer at close range, and detained a large number of people, including U.S. citizens and visa holders. This is not public safety. Sign the petition now.

ICE agents have reportedly entered homes without judge signed warrants, detained elderly citizens, held a five year old child, and disappeared Native Americans whose families cannot locate them. Protesters elsewhere have been shot with so called less lethal weapons, permanently blinding some. Communities now live in fear, children miss school, and families vanish into detention.
