The team at Ocean Conservation Namibia does incredible work! Their channel is full of seals that they rescue from entanglement in waste, such as plastic packaging and fishing materials. By freeing these animals, Ocean Conservation Namibia helps improve the lives of so many seals every day.
One day, Wally and Naude saw a seal entangled in a strange fabric. They caught the seal and brought them back to the sand to cut away the material. While doing so, a baby seal showed up! The pup was unafraid of the strange humans with nets. Even once the other seal was free and heading back to the ocean, the baby seal stayed and followed the rescuers around.
The pup was so sweet and friendly! After a while, the rescuers led the baby seal back to the ocean, and eventually, the baby seal swam away. What a sweet encounter with one of these adorable animals!
