Cheyenne and Cody’s decision to adopt Stella from the Hinsdale Humane Society was spontaneous, yet it has yielded amazing results. Despite initial trepidation, the pets are embracing their newfound companionship at their own pace.
“We understood the cat would take quite a bit of time given that she was not used to dogs,” Cheyenne and Cody shared. “However, it hasn’t even been a week in, and she is already slowly starting to come out of hiding to see the dog.”
While minor hiccups are expected in any pet introduction, the Brebers are committed to fostering a harmonious environment for both Miss Baby Kitty and Stella. Their patience and understanding have paid off, as evidenced by the heartening scenes depicted in their TikTok video. The video has caught the attention of many, gaining over 3.2 million views and more than 218,000 likes.
