Petition: Justice for Miracle the Great Dane Who Starved to Death

The Jacksonville community is mourning Miracle, a beloved Great Dane who allegedly suffered extreme abuse before dying. Miracle was found dumped on the side of a road, severely underweight and starving. Veterinarians tried to save him, but the damage was too severe. No dog should ever endure this. Miracle deserves justice.

The details are devastating. Photos from the case were reportedly so graphic they had to be partially blurred. Miracle weighed barely 50 pounds when he died. A healthy Great Dane of similar age typically weighs well over 100 pounds. At a local vigil, another Great Dane named George attended, weighing more than 180 pounds, highlighting just how severe Miracle’s condition was. Yet even after everything, Miracle still wagged his tail when he was found.
