Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 3 tangerines juiced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 piece (hazelnut size) fresh ginger grated
  • 1 pinch black pepper cracked
  • Hemp seeds (optional)
  • Raspberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients (except the optional ones—those are to top your smoothie with) in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
