  1. Healthy Stuffed Potato Skins

The restaurant version of this dish that you may know about and have once tried is loaded with cheese, bacon, fat, and grease. Try a healthy take on the greasy appetizer favorite with these lighter potato skins.

  2. Vegan Baked Nut Cheese

Nut cheeses are a vegan’s best friend, so any vegan guests will surely love you if you put this scrumptious baked nut cheese out on the table.

  3. Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Everyone will love these little mushroom treats, which are stuffed with a delicious blend of tomatoes, onion, spinach, and garlic. Plus, they look gorgeous when presented on a platter.

  4. Vegan Vegetable Tart

Balance out the decadent, oily, greasy, and/or fried dishes on the appetizer table with this vegetable tart, which has an overall Mediterranean flavor. This tart is wrapped in mouth-watering flavors from the roasted garlic artichoke spread, zucchini slices, olive, red peppers, and basil over a whole wheat herb crust.

  5. Lotus Chips

You could go to the store, purchase a bag of potato chips that are vegan, dump them inside a bowl, and consider the chips handled. Or, try this amazingly simple recipe that yields an exotic-looking end result that’s perfect for showing off at a party.

  6. Super-Healthy Vegan Berry Fruit Tarts With Chia Seeds

Showcase some delicious, ripe, and in-season fruit from your local farmer’s market or grocer by making a fruity summer tart. The crust is made only of dates, raisins, and figs, while the filling consists of bananas and chia seeds. For the topping, choose whatever fruit you desire.

  7. Homemade Salsa Verde

Bust out the tortilla chips for this salsa, which is a perfect and simple blend of tomatillos, sweet onion, garlic, jalapeno, lime, and cilantro.

  8. Cheezy Roasted Tomatoes

In this dish, combine tomatoes with nutritional yeast and dried oregano for a flavorful appetizer. Tomatoes are in season during the summer, so celebrate with fresh, ripe, and juicy tomatoes straight from a local farm for this dish.

  9. Smoky White Bean and Roasted Yellow Pepper Hummus

Hummus is always a crowd pleaser and is easy to make. Change up the classic hummus recipe with this rendition, which calls for flavorful ingredients like bell peppers, navy beans, garlic, chipotle chili powder, and tabasco sauce.

  10. Raw Vegan Parmesan 'Pita' Chips

These delicious Parmesan-flavored chips are made from good-for-you ingredients like flax seed meal, walnuts, and carrots. This one takes a lot of time since you need to dehydrate the finished chips for 12 – 24 hours before they’re ready.

What is everyone\'s problem? Way to see only the evil in everything. Get some perspective and stop being so bitter. Vegans should be about love not attacking others, even if you are standing up for something you believe in, find a different way. You are only adding to the violence by being mean. It\'s just FOOD.

OK. I'm Vegan and totally into giving people ideas to help them get off the meat wagon. But this picture looks sick! Not the least bit appetiziing (visually) to me!
