Ingredients You Need for Simple Roasted Cauliflower With Chipotle and Lime

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle powder
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 lime

How to Prepare Simple Roasted Cauliflower With Chipotle and Lime

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and place in a glass 8 x 8 baking dish.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower pieces then stir to make sure each one is coated.
  3. Spinkle the chipotle powder, garlic powder and pink Himalayan salt.
  4. Stir again to make sure each piece is coated with the seasonings.
  5. Bake at 400°F for approximately 15-20 minutes or until slightly crispy.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over them before serving. Best when served hot from the oven.

  1. um yeah..the comments on here are crazy…if you don’t like cooked food..don’t eat it but don’t use it as a stick to bash those who enjoy something cooked and for people with stomach problems…cooked food is the way to go as raw food can cause digestive upset…before you beat people up…do your research and quite feeling the need to be superior to your fellow man and woman.
