These are best served with this pineapple slaw to add just the right amount of sweetness and crunch for an irresistible party snack or summery dinnertime dish.

These gluten-free Chickpea Turnip Meatball put the boring ol’ turnip to good use! They are high in fiber, low in calories, and a good source of protein. Not to mention, they are loaded with flavor! Not only are they packed with garlic, cumin, and coriander, they’re served in a delicious herbed tomato sauce. Yum!

This is a delectable Seitan Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce far surpasses the stuff you would get out of a grubby paper delivery bag. The homemade seitan is smokey, moist, and delicious and the spicy peanut sauce is creamy and delicious – plus it doubles as a marinade for the seitan so there’s less work for you.

You are just seven ingredients away from delicious Korean-style Braised Tofu. This recipe uses onion, soy sauce, sake, sugar, Korean chili powder, and scallion to create a flavorful and healthy meal. Garnish with some sesame seeds for added flair and texture.
