This recipe won’t break the bank on top of being delicious, nutritious and affordable. The best thing about curries, in general, is that they taste amazing, if not better the next day! So it’s great to cook a big pot of this and have the leftovers for lunch the next day. Dinner and lunch sorted!

These amazing White Bean and Lentil Burgers are packed with plant protein!

This Indonesian Spicy-Sweet Tempeh is full of flavor, has a bit of a kick, and is sweet and sticky from the keyjap (sweet soy sauce). If you’re new to tempeh, this is an awesome way to eat it. This is super crunchy and is worth every step of the recipe. Yum.


These crispy chickpea Crab Cakes With Sweet Balsamic Mayo are easy to whip up and taste very similar to traditional crab cakes. As they cook, your house will even smell a little like the seaside, thanks to the addition of dulse flakes. Serve with the sweet balsamic mayo on a toasted bun with a squeeze of lemon juice or try it on a salad.

This Buffalo Chickpea Salad Sandwich recipe is vegan, oil-free, spicy, filling, delicious, and LIFE-CHANGING. The sandwich is a twist on the chickpea salad with a major kick from your favorite hot sauce. It’s perfect for making in advance and then packing for lunch or work.
