How to Prepare Spicy Lentil Mushroom Sauce Over Zucchini Noodles [Vegan]
- Sauté the mushrooms and broccoli in water and garlic. Add white pepper, to taste. When softened, add the lentils and heat.
- You can choose if you want the zoodles to be raw or quickly heated in a pan.
- Add the miso at the very last when the sauce is cooked.
- Sprinkle with toppings of your choice and serve.
it didn\’t say how many servings this was for; what kind of lentils to use; and what size zucchini? I had a medium size one; once it was spiralized it made enough for one serving; did make the lentils and I used red. It wasn\’t spicy at all. Had to add Indian chili to perk it up and about 2-3 tablespoons of Nutritional yeast. It looked good in the photo but nothing to bring to a potluck.
