How to Prepare White Bean Meatballs [Vegan]
- Combine all ingredients except the chopped basil in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
- Add the chopped basil, roll the meatballs, and bake for around 15 minutes at 390°F.
I keep looking at all these white bean meatball recipes. They all use canned beans. Now if we are supposed to be so healthy, why the cans? REAlLLY? Canned beans. I make my black beans myself; can\’t beat \’em. Say no to the can!
