Cooking Time



  • 1 14-ounce can white beans
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients except the chopped basil in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped basil, roll the meatballs, and bake for around 15 minutes at 390°F.

  1. I keep looking at all these white bean meatball recipes. They all use canned beans. Now if we are supposed to be so healthy, why the cans? REAlLLY? Canned beans. I make my black beans myself; can\’t beat \’em. Say no to the can!
