When this vanilla oatmeal is made correctly it is not too sweet and you can taste the vanilla in it. You can top this oatmeal with your favorite fruit and/or edible seeds like chia or hemp seeds.
Vanilla Oatmeal [Vegan]
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cup vanilla flavored plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Add all of the ingredients into a pot and stir until combined.
- Place the pot on the stove over medium heat.
- Stir the oatmeal continuously until the oatmeal begins to boil.
- Let the oatmeal boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from stove and serve with or without your favorite fruits.
