Cooking Time



  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, dairy-free


  1. Add rolled oats, quinoa, flaxseed, cinnamon, peanut butter and maple syrup to a food processor. Pulse until oats have broken down and mixture starts to form.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just incorporated.
  3. Roll batter into 20 bites. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
