Ingredients

Salad

  • mixed leafy greens
  • 8 strawberries sliced
  • 8 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  • 2 handfuls activated walnuts or regular walnuts soaked overnight

Green Superfood Dressing

  • 1 cup cashews soaked for 2 hours
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian spirulina powder
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 cup filtered water, more as needed

Preparation

  1. Grab your favourite salad bowls and fill them with the salad ingredients.
  2. Blend the dressing ingredients until super smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour over the salad, mix in, and enjoy!
