Ingredients
- 1 oz. (30 ml) coconut rum
- 3/4 oz. (25 ml) vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) Amaretto
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) lime juice
- a float (approx. 2 teaspoons (10 ml)) of blue Curaçao
- pineapple wedges, to garnish
Preparation
- Add the ingredients, apart from the blue Curaçao, to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour into an ice-filled hurricane glass, or similar.
- Pour 2 teaspoons (10 ml) blue Curaçao down the inside of the glass. The Curaçao will sink, creating the layered effect.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and serve at once.
