Roasted apple slices bring a subtle sweetness to the dish and you can use whatever fresh herbs you like to adjust the flavor of the dish to your liking. This dish takes just 20 minutes to make and if you like to make your meals in bulk, you can eat it all throughout the week.

Cook Time

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Herbs of your choice, for garnish

  1. Cook the quinoa according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes and onion.

Half the steps are missing, and even the ones that are included don\'t even describe the process properly. What do I do with the cashews? How do I roast the apples? How long do I cook the potatoes? The description says ready in 20 minutes, but the potatoes are not cooked in that amount of time.

Other comments say you are contacting the \'blogger\' but honestly you should just take down this terrible recipe already until you get an actual method to go with the pretty picture. It\'s rubbish.

You didn\'t finish the recipe? Where\'s the sauce?
Poor use of basket ingredients.
You have been chopped.

This looks delicious. One question - the ingredient list calls for ½ cup cashews, but they are never mentioned in the preparation steps. Where do they come in?
