    • 3 mashed bananas
    • 1/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter
    • 1/4–1/2 cup applesauce
    • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    How to Prepare Simple Five-Ingredient Banana Bread [Vegan]

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Mix wet ingredients together in one bowl. Fully combine until it is smooth and there are no lumps. Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry bowl. Combine until mixture is smooth like thick cake batter.
    3. Pour into a nonstick 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes until bread is browned around the edges and pops back up when you lightly push a finger down in the center.
