How to Prepare Round Bread Roll [Vegan]

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in the water, add the yeast and two tablespoons from the flour and mix. Leave the mixture for five minutes until it starts to swell.
  2. Add the salt and the rest of the flour and knead until you get a smooth elastic dough. Put it in an oiled bowl and cover with a wet towel, so that it rises, doubling its size. At room temperature, it will take about 50 minutes.
  3. For the coating, dissolve the sugar in water in a bowl and spread the sesame seeds on a large plate. When our dough is ready, we cut it into pieces of about 2.5 ounces, which we then shape into balls. 7-8 pieces will result.
  4. Grease our surface and open the dough into strings about 50 cm long. Join the edges to form the buns and preheat the oven to 410°F
  5. Dip them in the sugar water and immediately transfer them to the plate with the sesame, which sticks to their surface and place them in an oiled pan.
  6. Bake for 14 minutes in the air, depending on the strength of our oven, until golden brown. Enjoy!
