Ingredients You Need for Red Quinoa Oatmeal Bread [Vegan]

  • 2 cups red quinoa (cooked)
  • 1 cups oats flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups unsweetened original flax milk

How to Prepare Red Quinoa Oatmeal Bread [Vegan]

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit. Prepare the loaf pan with cooking spray and dusted.
  2.  In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  3.  In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients.
  4.  Then add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until well coated (don’t overdo the batter)
  5.  Spoon the batter into the pan and bake it for 50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  6.  Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool completely.
  7.  Cut into slices and serve. Can be eaten as a sandwich or drizzle maple syrup/honey over it, or spread butter/cheese.
