Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • a little oregano
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the lentils with water until they are absorbed.
  2. When it cools, put it in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and pulse.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
