  • 1/2 cup each raw almonds, cashews, and pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2-inch- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, depending on how much gingery kick ya want
  • a pinch of sea salt

How to Prepare Raw Ginger Energy Bites [Vegan]

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until the mixture starts to form a ball.
  2. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and refrigerate or freeze for later.

  1. I blended these ginger balls in a jiffy with my Ninja blender – I don\’t own a food processor or high-speed blender – and they came together just great. I used a heaping T. of raw ginger bits from King Arthur Flour. I mooshed the ground mixture into a tablespoon to form balls, and made 10. My treats aren\’t dark like those in the photo, but they are absolutely delicious! One of the greatest raw vegan treats EVER!
