  • 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon baobab powder
  • Ginger powder, to taste
  • 1/3 cup rice milk
  • Water, for soaking

How to Prepare Raw Baobab Buckwheat Porridge [Vegan]

The Night Before:
  1. Rinse the buckwheat well and put into a bowl with water to soak. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge over night.
To Make the Porridge:
  1. Discard the water from soaking and rinse the buckwheat again.
  2. Put the buckwheat, banana, baobab, and ginger in a blender or food processor and pulse. Add the milk slowly and pulse until you have the desired consistency.
