Pumpkin Pie Protein Bites [Vegan]
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 4 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice syrup or stevia of choice
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Taste and add additional stevia as needed.
- Roll batter into 15 bite-sized balls. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
