Peanut Butter Bars:
  • 3 cups raw peanuts (not roasted or salted)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20 dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder

Preparation

Peanut Butter Bars:
  1. In food processor with s-shaped blade, blend all ingredients until they form a sticky dough ball. Spread dough ball evenly in 9″ x 9″ pan.
Frosting: 
  1. In food processor with s-shaped blade, blend all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread frosting on top of peanut butter bars. Refrigerate for 15 – 30 minutes so they’re easier to work with. Cut into 1″ squares since a small bite is pretty satisfying.
