Ingredients You Need for Oatmeal Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

To Make the Bars:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 5 1/4 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons agave

To Make the Topping:

  • One handful or 1 3/4 ounces of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • One handful or 1 3/4 ounces of vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

How to Prepare Oatmeal Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Mix everything for the bars in a bowl. Place in 4x4-inch tin and put in fridge.
  2. Slowly microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 15 second bursts until melted
  3. Pour chocolate sauce on top of the solid bar. Without cleaning the chocolate out of the container mix vegan white chocolate chips with it. Microwave until melted on short bursts.
  4. Drizzle over the dark chocolate layer.
  5. Microwave almond butter and drizzle on top for more color contrast. Chill in fridge until solid and cut into 4 squares.
