How to Prepare No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Doughnuts [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- In your blender or food process blend together almonds, coconut, buckwheat groats, and cacao powder until finely ground.
- Add in dates and pulse until dough forms. Remove from blender and roll out into doughnut shapes. Set aside to make peanut butter.
- Mix together powdered peanut butter and water. Spread on top of doughnuts and top with cacao nibs. Serve.
