Cooking Time



  • 1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked 8-12 hours
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Place the cashews in a bowl, cover with filtered water, and allow to soak for around 8-12 hours.
  2. After the soaking period, drain and rinse your cashews, place them in a blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth, scraping down the side of the blender or processor if needed.
  3. Use immediately or store in refrigerator.


Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a few days.
