How to Prepare Kimchi Pancake [Vegan]
- Slice kimchi as small as you can
- Mix 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup water. Add in 1 teaspoon red chili paste. Add kimchi and onion. Mix and if batter seems watery then add more flour.
- Heat skillet with 1 tablespoons sesame seed oil. Fry pancake until the edges look golden and bubbles are coming through the top. Flip and fry the other side.
