Ingredients You Need for Hot Wings [Vegan]

  • 1 medium size cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • Spray oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk almond, oat or hemp
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted

How to Prepare Hot Wings [Vegan]

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment and spray with oil.
  3. Place cauliflower florets, spray with oil and toss to coat.
  4. Place flour and salt into a ziplock bag, add cauliflower and toss to coat.
  5. Add milk and toss to coat.
  6. In a separate bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic, paprika, onion powder, cumin and black pepper.
  7. Add cauliflower and coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Spread out evenly onto a sheet pan and cook for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix hot sauce and butter in bowl.
  10. Toss cauliflower with sauce mixture and return to sheet pan. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Serve with love!
